Product Description Chicco Play 'N Ride Train The Chicco Play 'N Ride Train is a kid powered ride-on that helps your child develop muscles and motor skills. Your little one can sit and steer the train anywhere. Train could also be used as a first steps walker while pushing the handle on the back. No tracks could hold your little engineer with this train.
Editorial Review All aboard! This ride-on or push toy (for engineers up to 3 feet tall) is a colorful train with some unique features. On one side of the pretend smokestack funnel is a lever that makes a barber pole spin, on the other a lever that makes a silly squeaky noise. The top of the funnel is a working steering wheel that has a spinning top with colorful balls that bounce and clatter once you push the button. With a tall, removable backrest that doubles as a push bar for beginning walkers--and a seat that opens up to a compartment to hide important treasures--this is a great addition to any rail yard or playroom. --S. one of the most used toys in our house! February 23, 2010 mom of 4 (Traverse City, Michigan United States) All four of my kids (ages 1 - 11!) play with this toy. I love that there are no batteries required and they can just get on and go. By far it is one of the most durable toys we have ever owned - even my 85 lb. 11 year old gets on while the younger ones push him and this little train hangs in there! We keep it inside and have had no problem with it leaving marks on our hardwood floors. The kids stash all kinds of things under the seats, too. They are light and easy for the kids to carry around, and the boys love that the wheels actually turn. I highly recommend this toy - we had to buy a second one as my 1 year old and 4 year old kept fighting over it!
it's a great toy and the Fat Brain Company was great to buy from! February 19, 2010 Jane (Mercer Island, WA) The toy arrived earlier than we expected, Thanx to Fat Brain Toy Company. My grandson, age one, and grand daughter, age 2 both love this toy. It has had a real work out and seems sturdy enough to last.
Just One Thing... February 16, 2010 C. Robertson We've only had this toy for about a week and so far my 20-month-old son really likes it. It's not his favorite but he likes riding it around the house and playing with the little bead-popper thing on top. My only complaint is that the handle on the back does not lock in place and I end up having to put it back on about 50 times a day when he pulls it out. But he enjoys it and I'm glad I purchased it as his Valentine's Day present.
Good toy overall February 9, 2010 Jeneece (Central NJ) My son is 18 months and is the size of a three year old. So finding a age and size appropriate Play-n-Ride required a little more research than normal, but it was worth every minute. He enjoys the play-n-ride and plays with it often. It suits his size and age,my only problem is the handle\back pulls off too easily. Overall I would recommend this toy to others.
santa loves me!! February 1, 2010 Virginia L. Waymer My son recieved this from Santa and he was alomost 2. he is big and it fits him great. i thought for sure i was the one whose child would not like this product but he loves it so much, he asks for it all the time and plays with it all the time. It is super durable and probably his favorite toy.definately a must have!
